Description
Very popular in Korea, Saeng-gangcha (생강) or "ginger tea" is a traditional Korean recipe consumed mainly in winter to warm up. Thus, with its high concentration of ginger, Saeng-gangcha has many benefits.
Here, The Moonchild Wandering offers you its artisanal adaptation of Saeng-gangcha with jujube (Ziziphus jujubia) and a light touch of red ginseng (Panax Ginseng) for a balanced synergy of benefits.
Korean red ginseng and ginger can reduce stress, promote blood circulation and also improve digestion. As for the jujube, it reduces the acidity of the ginger and thus balances the infusion, bringing it sweetness thanks to its sweet note. Both rich in vitamin A and C, the jujube is recognized for its antioxidant properties and contains an important source of calcium.
Usage:
This honey can be consumed at any time of the day. However, we highly recommend it for breakfast or after dinner. Very quick to prepare, you just need to mix a teaspoon of Saeng-gangcha in hot water and drink straight away.
All the ingredients are natural, no additives and imported directly from South Korea 🇰🇷! Capacity of our honeys: 280g At The Moonchild Wandering, the welfare of the bees is of great importance.
