Eternal Sunshine: Sweet Moon Milk

This ancient herbal drink from India is usually consumed before bedtime, as it promotes sleep and digestion. Eternal Sunshine contains Ashwagandha: an adaptogen plant native to India.

Widely used in traditional Ayurvedic medicine, Ashwagandha is a popular herbal remedy, widely recognized for its properties that relieve stress and anxiety while helping with insomnia.

This "sweet moon milk" is therefore a blend of Aswhagandha and high quality spices, all grown 100% naturally and ethics. Eternal Sunshine is a drink very rich in vitamins C, B, potassium and zinc.

🌕 Preparation: To get a delicious smooth warm Moon Milk just mix a tablespoon in milk of your choice (or water). Eternal Sunshine can be drunk both hot and cold, however it is recommended to consume this ancient drink lukewarm.
