Orion is one of the oldest constellations known to man.
It has fascinated many cultures since the dawn of time: From the ancient Egyptians, who considered it an offering to Osiris, to the Sumerians, to through China and Ancient Greece. It is moreover within Greek mythology that Orion was notably personified as a giant hunter with a reputation as sulphurous as it was violent.
